Refund policy
To qualify for a return or exchange, your item must be in the same condition as when it was received: unused, unwashed, with tags still attached, and in its original packaging (if applicable). You have a 30-day window from the purchase date to initiate a return or exchange. After this period, we are unable to process returns.
If your return or exchange is approved, we will provide you with the necessary return address. Once your item is received and inspected, we will notify you via email regarding the status of your return. If approved, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 3 to 6 business days, covering the item’s cost and any applicable taxes. Please note that shipping fees are non-refundable. For exchanges, you will receive an email with a confirmation and tracking details for your replacement once it’s processed.
Please be aware that return shipping fees are the customer’s responsibility, and we recommend using a trackable shipping option for items valued over $75. We cannot take responsibility for items lost during return shipping.
